If you have been on the WebBoss website, or even on your own website recently you may have notice a new option is available to you! We have uploaded an online chat to help us to provide even more support.
Sometimes you may find that you only need a point in the right direction, and the online chat is perfect for this. A member of staff will be there to guide you through any issues you may have. Whether it is technical problem, or you are just a little bit overwhelmed, simply click on the widget in the corner to speak to a trained member of staff.
Before you start a chat with us, you will be asked to fill out a small form. This will include your name, email address, the department you would like to speak to, and the question you would like to ask. By answering these questions you will allow us to ensure that we can provide the best guidance.
The chat will be available during 9 am to 5 pm weekdays (excluding bank holidays), and the usual methods of support are still available. You can find the handbooks in your Help & Support section of the control panel. If you prefer, there are almost 100 video tutorials which can be found on our YouTube channel. Alternatively you can email email@example.com . Also, watch this space for a newly created FAQ that will cover the basics of using the system.
